With 20-plus years of Sydney-based corporate HR experience, Deanne moved to the Whitsundays and managed the operations, staffing, and administration for a 50-person tourism business. She’s had countless tough talks with team members and colleagues, and is passionate about helping business owners tackle difficult conversations head-on.
