Understanding your situation

There are three main situations that people reach out to our legal team for advice and assistance. Those that are pro-actively setting themselves up to avoid risk or take advantage of opportunities (standard terms and conditions, shareholders agreements, employee share schemes and advice about legal obligations are examples); those undertaking a transaction (employing or contracting others, entering a lease or other contract, buying or selling assets are examples) or those who are involved in a commercial dispute.
