Consulting engagements arise when you become aware that something isn't quite as it should be. We take a collaborative approach to ensure a great outcome. Our first priority is to understand and define your 'ideal state' so we know where you would like to be.

We need to understand the current state. What is happening right now and what are the areas of concern? Cash flow, cash resources, profitability, efficiency, corporate culture, attracting and retaining talent, growth limitations, governance, compliance and industry-specific challenges to name a few.

We need to know what's causing the dislocation between the ideal state and the current state. Here, we drill down on the issues to find the root cause (or causes). Our commitment to this step means that you can expect change that lasts.

This is about proposing the solution. Of all the things that can be done, which course of action best addresses the root cause or causes in your particular situation? How will success be measured? What needs to be done, by whom, by when and what are the costs involved? Who will be accountable, who needs to be consulted, who needs to be informed?

A plan without execution is nothing. Execute relentlessly.

Change requires the formation of new habits, new ways of doing things. It doesn't happen easily. Follow up is the discipline required to ensure lasting change.
