What’s the salary policy?

We offer competitive market-value salaries backed by a generous bonus program. Bonuses vary by role and are designed to incentivise and acknowledge consistent performance and outstanding achievements.

What are the expectations regarding attire in the workplace?

Attire is reflective of client expectations that we in fact are and present as professionals. However, we have designated Casual Fridays, during which employees working in the office are allowed to dress in a more relaxed and comfortable manner.

How do we give feedback to employees?

Formal feedback is by way of an annual performance review. This is supplemented by three, less formal quarterly catch ups and ongoing ‘on-the-job’ feedback.

Gift of Life Foundation

We are proud supporters of the Gift of Life Foundation. We support them by preparing the accounts on a pro bono basis and stacking their golf days with heaps of players! Our Managing Director was a member of the Board from 2013 to 2021. The Foundation has been established to make Australians aware of our organ transplant crisis and encourage more Australians to become donors.

Mates Against Melanoma is a NFP charity organisation and we look after their annual accounts and quarterly BAS on a pro bono basis. Mates Against Melanoma seeks to raise awareness of getting regular skin checks to prevent melanomas becoming life threatening, and Australia’s National Skin Check Day is one of their numerous initiatives.
