Being focussed on the big picture means that you will only have time for the things that really matter. The things that get you where you want to be.
To make things happen, you will need to develop strategies to allow others to deal with the things that aren’t so critical. In short, you can hire in or you can outsource. Both strategies involve delegation.
Successful delegators learn to trust their team. They learn to accept that others do things differently, sometimes perhaps imperfectly.
If you want to recapture that winning feeling, get focussed on the stuff that matters. It won’t be long before you build momentum and once you’ve got momentum, it’s hard to stop!
