Today BridgePoint Group announces the successful execution of the recent merger between Southern Cross Protection Pty Ltd (Southern Cross) and the Loss Prevention business of Charter Security Group Pty Ltd (Charter) to create a market leading, national security company with combined revenue in excess of $70 million per annum.
The merger process was managed by BridgePoint Group, a business consultancy firm that provides a broad range of professional services to the small and medium business sector.
BridgePoint Group has been working with Southern Cross at a Board level since July 2012 and expanded its working relationship in March 2013 with the establishment of BridgePoint Group’s Advisory business. The Advisory team supported Southern Cross in analysing, negotiating and executing the transaction and also assisted in securing new debt facilities to help fund the transaction and the ongoing growth of the combined business.
