Neil is an experienced and sought after company director with more than 21 years’ experience in the Chartered Accounting profession.
Neil has been consulting to private businesses with respect to overall strategy and growth, planning and implementation, shareholder value, exit strategy and execution. Neil is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
In his 10 years in the profession, Mitchell has accumulated a wealth of experience across, the financial management and operational aspects of a number of industries. With a background in financial consulting Mitchell works hand-in-hand with businesses to create efficiencies and correctly leverage opportunities presented to them.
Mitchell acts in an Outsourced Financial Controller capacity for a number of BridgePoint Group’s clients, assisting them with budgeting, financial forecasting and analysis of results which is then used to help with strategic decision-making.
Mitchell is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and is a Registered Tax Agent.
Louise brings over 20 years of professional experience to BridgePoint Group. Louise’s role as Client Director is to continue to deliver outstanding service to our clients and to drive operational efficiencies with BridgePoint Group by engaging in the latest, and leading, best practice technologies.
Louise’s skills in developing relationships, building rapport and connecting with people has seen her become an integral member of the BridgePoint Group management team.
Louise is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
Victor has over 33 years’ experience in Taxation, Compliance and Business Services, working as a Business Services Manager for KPMG for 6 years and as a Taxation Manager with Coopers & Lybrand for 4 years.
Victor operated his own successful practice, Platinum Associates until merging with BridgePoint Group in 2018.
During his career, Victor has worked closely with, and advised, many of his SME clients in the areas of taxation, structuring and business planning and he has a particular interest in SMEs, wealth creation and property investment.
Victor is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, he is also a Registered Tax Agent, Registered Company Auditor and Chartered Taxation Adviser.
Alan has over 10 years of professional experience in Innovation Advisory, working in the Global Innovation and Incentive teams of both PwC and Deloitte. During his career, Alan has been consulting to clients in a range of industries including information and communications technology, finance, engineering, life sciences, and fast-moving consumer goods.
Alan holds a Master of Business Administration from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance from Macquarie University.
Russell is a commercial and corporate lawyer with over 40 years experience. A former Managing Partner of a major international law firm, he has also managed and served on the boards of a number of local and international public and private companies in the resources, IT, hospitality, healthcare and technology sectors. This experience equips him with a unique, practical understanding of the legal, management and commercial requirements of his clients.
A member of the Law Society of NSW, Russell is also a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders.
Debby has over 15 years of experience in the professional service industry and a never-ending passion to help businesses succeed. Engaging with key stakeholders to get a clear understanding of where their business is today, what success looks like, and where the gaps are, Debby will work with clients on an on-going basis to help them achieve more than what they think is possible. Highly organised and an excellent communicator, Debby has diverse knowledge in finance, operations, culture, and leadership and is widely admired for her people skills – making un-relatable topics, relatable.
Debby has a bachelor’s degree in commerce and continues to develop her professional experience by undertaking leadership training and advisory training.
