It is with great pleasure that I introduce you to BridgePoint Group and the first edition of our newsletter.
BridgePoint Group represents a new way of thinking, a fresh new approach to professional business services for the small and medium business sector in Australia. An approach that provides you with access to a wealth of knowledge and experience previously only available to the “top end of town”!
We understand that your business is a personal investment of your time and of course, money, we are determined to help you make the most of it.
Over the past few months, we have undertaken a deliberate process to put together a dream team of strategic minds, with the skills and experience to help you and your business get to where you want it to be.
At the operational level, we have pulled together the businesses of the Next Level Business Group, Susan Karlowatz and Southern Cross Lawyers and formed strategic relationships with the best of breed in other disciplines.
In coming editions, we’ll introduce you to the team and our services and share some tips for success.
Thanks for your support, we look forward to partnering with you on the exciting journey ahead.
Kind Regards
Neil Parker

30 SECS WITH…
What inspired you to bring together the BridgePoint Group dream team?
It was actually a realisation that business owners need help. Often times, clients would say to me “I don’t know what I don’t know”. Well, the trouble with that is, you don’t know what questions to ask or even who to ask so how can you get ahead? Until now!
What do you do when you’re not working?
I mostly spend time with my family. I have a wonderful wife and two great kids. We enjoy the kids’ sport, we like watching the footy together and just enjoying a quiet glass of wine at home.
What is the best piece of professional advice you have ever been given?
I’ve been lucky enough to be surrounded with lots of smart people who have lots of good advice on offer. But if I have to choose, I think it would be this – “give the people what they want”.
What took you into the world of accounting?
I simply responded to an opportunity that was put in front of me at the time. I’ve been doing the same thing ever since, though I am a bit more deliberate about creating opportunities these days.
Where do you want to take the BridgePoint Group business in the next 5 years?
The success we have will be dictated by what we can achieve on behalf of our clients. I’d like to think that in 5 years’ time, our story will be told through the success stories of our clients.
