How long have you worked at BridgePoint Group and what is your role?
My two-year anniversary just came up! (October 2020) As for my role, I am the Practice Manager.
My role is quite broad. A traditional practice managers role is not as client-focused as my role. I am responsible for ensuring that our systems and processes are capable of generating a great client experience. Our internal reporting is designed to identify opportunities for us to improve what we do and how we do it. Engaging with clients to gather their feedback is a great way to gauge our actual performance and to make sure we are meeting their needs.
What have you gained from working at BridgePoint group?
I have gained workplace happiness and found a company that supports me, challenges me, rewards me and doesn’t make work, feel like work.
What are you reading, watching or listening to, that you would recommend to

What is your mantra to live by?
Time heals all – I heard it as a teenager and thought it was something adults
said to make you feel better. As time went on, funnily enough, I found it to be very true.
